Do I need an account to place an order?
No. You can check out as a guest. Creating an account is not required.
How do I unsubscribe from the newsletter?
You can unsubscribe at any time via the link at the bottom of our emails.
CUSTOMER SERVICE
How can I contact you?
Send us an email at info@mudguard.eu. Email is always faster than Instagram DM.
How fast do you reply?
We usually respond within 24 hours on business days. In busy periods it can take up to 5 business days.
ORDERS & DELIVERY
When will my order ship?
Orders are processed on business days only. Processing takes 1 to 3 business days.
Which courier do you use?
We ship with DHL.
What if I entered the wrong address?
Contact us immediately. If the order has not shipped yet, we will update it. If it has already been dispatched, changes are no longer possible.
What if my package is delayed or lost?
If your order has not arrived within 10 business days, contact us and we will investigate with DHL.
If a package is lost in transit before delivery, we will resolve it.
Do I have to pay customs or duties?
We ship from within the EU. If customs charges occur, these are the responsibility of the customer.

Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept iDEAL, credit cards, PayPal and Apple Pay.
Do you sell gift cards?
Yes. We offer digital Mudguard gift cards.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
Can I return my order?
Yes. You can return unused items within 14 days of receiving your order.
What condition must my return be in?
Items must be unworn, in original condition and in original packaging. You may try items on, but they must not be worn beyond fitting.
Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 14 days after we receive and approve the return.
DROPS
Do you restock sold-out items?
No. Once a drop is sold out, it is gone.
Are drops limited?
Yes. All drops are produced in limited quantities.
Is it first come, first served?
Yes. Items are secured at checkout. We do not reserve products.
PRODUCTION
Where are Mudguard products made?
Our pieces are produced in Portugal, Turkey and Italy. We work with selected partners who focus on quality and responsible production.
Is Mudguard against mass production?
Yes. We produce in limited runs and focus on ethical manufacturing instead of mass production.
LOYALTY
How do I get early access to drops?
Join the Mudguard family by signing up to our newsletter. Members receive 24-hour early access to new drops.
Do members receive exclusive products?
Yes. Some releases are available only to our community.
