We usually respond within 24 hours on business days. In busy periods it can take up to 5 business days.

Orders are processed on business days only. Processing takes 1 to 3 business days.

We ship with DHL.

Contact us immediately. If the order has not shipped yet, we will update it. If it has already been dispatched, changes are no longer possible.

If your order has not arrived within 10 business days, contact us and we will investigate with DHL.
If a package is lost in transit before delivery, we will resolve it.

We ship from within the EU. If customs charges occur, these are the responsibility of the customer.

Yes. You can return unused items within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unworn, in original condition and in original packaging. You may try items on, but they must not be worn beyond fitting.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.

Refunds are processed within 14 days after we receive and approve the return.

No. Once a drop is sold out, it is gone.

Yes. All drops are produced in limited quantities.

Yes. Items are secured at checkout. We do not reserve products.

Our pieces are produced in Portugal, Turkey and Italy. We work with selected partners who focus on quality and responsible production.

Yes. We produce in limited runs and focus on ethical manufacturing instead of mass production.
