You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.

We keep it simple and clear.

RETURN CONDITIONS

You can return your item if:

• You contact us within 14 days of receiving your order
• The item is unworn and unwashed
• All original tags are still attached
• The item is in original condition
• You include your order number inside the package

Items with signs of wear, washing, smoke smell, perfume, stains or damage will not be accepted.

HOW TO START A RETURN

Step 1
Email us at info@mudguard.eu within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return.

Step 2
Wait for confirmation and return instructions.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Average return shipping costs within the Netherlands are approximately €6 to €8 depending on the carrier.

We recommend using a tracked shipping method.

Until the return is received by us, the shipment remains the responsibility of the sender. If your return is delayed or lost, we will assist you in contacting the carrier, but we cannot guarantee reimbursement.

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 14 days.

Refunds are issued via your original payment method.

Original shipping costs are not refunded.

EXCHANGES

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you want a different size or product, return your item and place a new order.

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you received a faulty or incorrect item, contact us immediately at info@mudguard.eu with your order number and clear photos.

If confirmed, we will cover return shipping and offer a replacement or refund.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

We ship within the EU and to the UK.

For UK returns, any customs duties, taxes or additional charges are the responsibility of the customer.
